WELCOME
ON BOARD
Like the rigging (Takelage) of a ship, keeping the sails steady and setting its course, our collective office offers a solid foundation for cultural associations in the performance, dance, and theatre sectors. We navigate the complex waters of the industry and its funding landscape with you, taking administrative burdens off your shoulders.
ADMINISTRATION FOR CULTURAL ASSOCIATIONS
TAKELAGE is a collective agency specializing in the administration of cultural associations in the performance, dance, and theater sectors.
We support associations with preparatory accounting, financial and funding management, and help them to successfully overview projects financially.
We have already supported numerous cultural associations in their administration and gained valuable experience in the process. We understand that each association has its own needs and challenges, and therefore always tailor our support to the individual.
WHAT WE OFFER
Preparatory accounting

Working closely with your team's production management, we sort receipts and invoices and prepare preliminary accounting for the cultural association. We understand the complexity of financial aspects in the performance, dance, and theater world and maintain the accounting in our accounting system, tailored to the funding body's requirements.
Income and expense statement

Transparency and accuracy are important to us. At the end of the year, we prepare an income and expenditure statement for your association.
This way, you can maintain a clear overview of the association's financial situation and make informed decisions for the future.
Funding management

By arrangement, we can also support you in budget preparation, communication with funding bodies, and the financial reporting of grants for your projects. This allows us to accompany you from acquisition to final accounting, helping you plan your finances, review them together with the production management under the four-eyes principle, and relieve you of the administrative work involved in managing funding.
PRICING
We understand that budgets in the theater and performance arts are limited. Therefore, it's important to us that you contact us as early as possible, ideally before submitting your projects. This way, we can discuss pricing and tailor the scope of our support to your individual needs. Our goal is to offer a trusting, long-term collaboration with fair terms.
